Kaia's Quest

Been back for a week, and all of a sudden there is some media interest. In contact with three separate print media - one phone interview and photo today, one tomorrow. We've all been feeling much better since about Thursday last week. Kaia is doing very well, other than not wanting to sleep through the night; we've placed a CD player running music in her room so that she won't feel quite so alone in the middle of the night.
Jason has been nursing a cough and throat tickle since the day we returned; on Friday he developed a 102 degree fever as well, so we had to postpone any visitors for Saturday whilst we crossed our fingers - in the end, it has turned out to be just a cold, and he is over everything but the cough now, feeling much better. We were a bit worried for half the day Friday though; if his fever hadn't broken Saturday, we would have had to start calling in the medical folks.
